Edison Capital Reports $1.35 Billion First-Quarter Revenue, Driven by Middle East and Singapore Divisions

20 Oct 2025

Edison Capital today announced first-quarter revenues of $1.35 billion USD, a landmark performance led by the company’s Middle East and Singapore trading divisions. The results mark a major step forward in Edison Capital’s growth trajectory and underline its position as one of the fastest-rising global trading and investment groups.

The outstanding quarter was driven by surging activity in energy, soft commodities, metals,
and industrial materials. The Dubai-based Middle East division saw increased volumes across bulk commodity and refined-product trades, while Edison Capital Singapore achieved record turnover supported by strategic partnerships and expanded shipping capacity.

Calum Melville, Chief Executive Officer of Edison Capital, commented:

“These results are a testament to the quality and determination of our global teams. Our trading performance in the Middle East and Singapore highlights how operational excellence, strong relationships, and disciplined execution continue to define Edison Capital’s success.”

“Edison Capital operates in ten key sectors — energy, renewables, metals, agriculture,
logistics, shipping, infrastructure, technology, finance, and real estate. This diversification gives us the agility to manage market volatility and capture opportunity wherever it arises.”

“Our goal is to build a sustainable, forward-looking enterprise. We’re investing heavily in
technology, data-driven analytics, and environmental compliance. Innovation and responsibility go hand in hand in our long-term growth strategy.”

“Our $1.35 billion first-quarter performance is not just about financial growth. It reflects the
confidence our partners place in us and the value we create through consistent delivery, reliability, and trust.”

“We see enormous potential across our five-continent network. Edison Capital is entering
a new era of global capability — one defined by scale, vision, and performance. Our teams have built a foundation for sustainable growth, and this is only the beginning.”

Edison Capital’s global footprint now spans
five continents, with offices, logistics hubs, and structured-finance platforms across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. The company’s trading network connects producers and consumers around the world, providing end-to-end reliability and transparency across the supply chain.

The company’s integrated structure allows seamless coordination between its trading desks, investment arms, and operational subsidiaries. This model underpins Edison Capital’s ability to support clients with physical commodities, structured finance, and tailored risk-management.
